I am proud to be endorsed by the Washington State Building & Construction Trades Council.

Here is what they had to share about the candidates they endorse:

"At the heart of all union work is the ability to organize, bargain, and act collectively to improve the lives of workers and their families. Nothing is more essential to making this work possible than a political climate that is in solidarity with unions and workers. It is important to seek out and support a range of elected officials and candidates for office who are sympathetic to, and stand in solidarity with, organized labor."

Standing with unions is more than just politics for me. Doing right by working people means doing right by families like mine.

Growing up, my dad's strong union made a tangible difference in our household, just as unions do for countless families today. I will always work to ensure the needs of working people are heard in Congress and in our community.
