Larsen Announces Massive $1.6 Million Fundraising Total, Nearly Doubling Opponent
Latest Tally Shows Strong Momentum for Larsen
Everett, WA – Today Rick Larsen's campaign continued to show its strength in the home stretch by announcing it has raised $1,613,442.31 this cycle, nearly doubling his opponents’ total. Larsen raised $554,997.57 in the third quarter of this year, showing clear momentum for his campaign.
"I am grateful for this outpouring of support for my campaign. It shows that folks across Northwest Washington support my efforts to help small businesses create jobs, to land the Air Force tanker here at home for the best aerospace workers in the world, and to stand up for local veterans," said Larsen.
Larsen also announced that his campaign has doorbelled over 12,056 homes thru October 15th and called nearly 29,138 households.
"I am encouraged by the commitment of my campaign volunteers who truly understand that good campaigns start with the grassroots," Larsen said. “Hearing the concerns of Northwest Washington families is one of the most important parts of my job. I am working hard to personally contact as many voters as I can to hear their concerns and tell them about the work I am doing to get our economy back on track, protect Social Security and keep companies from shipping American jobs overseas.”
