Rick Larsen Endorsed by The Sierra Club

Everett, WA – The Sierra Club endorsed U.S. Rep. Rick Larsen (WA-02) for a sixth term in the U.S. House of Representatives.

“Clean air, clean water, and open spaces for our families to enjoy is a key part of what makes Washington a great place to live, work, and raise a family," said Larsen. "I will keep working locally to protect open space like Mitchell Hill on San Juan Island and clean water like Illabot Creek in Skagit County," he continued.

“Rick Larsen is an environmental champion in Washington state,” said Seth Ballhorn, Sierra Club Cascade Chapter Political Chair. “His hard work to protect the Wild Sky Wilderness shows his commitment to making sure our local land and water will be here to enjoy for generations to come."

The Cascade Chapter of the Sierra Club, Washington state’s local chapter, has over 25,000 members statewide.
